Love the new look dude but, how come you’re constantly changing it? I really think you ought to buckle down with one theme (for at least a year anyways), and work on your content so readers will have something coherent and consistent to look at.

I love this new layout! Question: Why did you change the background? Doesn’t matter really as I think both works but this current one is certainly my favorite.

And is mootools something you can use without even knowing javascript?

yeah, mootools is something anyone can learn. it is well documented. here is a list of tutorials and examples. and the mootools site has an active forum with experts in it too
